EMS FARADIC

There is a difference between simply looking smaller and feeling that your body is supported, firm and strong.

After weight loss or fat-reduction treatments, certain areas can sometimes look softer before they begin to look more defined.

The stomach may feel less firm. The arms may lack shape. The thighs or buttocks may look softer than you would like.

And some muscles are simply difficult to engage properly on your own—especially the deeper abdominal muscles, glutes and other areas that are not always activated effectively during everyday movement.

EMS Faradic is designed to help bridge that gap.

EMS stands for Electrical Muscle Stimulation.

During the treatment, controlled electrical impulses are delivered through pads placed on the skin. These impulses encourage the muscles beneath the pads to contract and release rhythmically.

The sensation is similar to a series of controlled muscle contractions—almost like your muscles are being reminded how to switch on and engage.

Unlike ordinary movement, EMS can focus on selected muscle groups with precision. The intensity can also be adjusted according to your comfort level and individual response.

The aim is not to force your body or push it beyond its limits.

It is to create targeted muscle activation without placing strain on the joints or surrounding structures.

The sensation can feel unusual at first.

You may experience tingling, tapping or rhythmic contractions as the muscles tighten and release. Some clients feel strong contractions immediately, while others experience a gentler sensation.

Both responses are normal.

A stronger sensation does not automatically mean a better result. The treatment should feel controlled and tolerable—not painful.

As the session continues, many clients become comfortable with the rhythm and begin to enjoy the feeling of the muscles actively working beneath the skin.

There is something satisfying about feeling an area engage that you may normally struggle to activate on your own.

When muscles are activated consistently, the treated area may begin to feel firmer and more supported.

This can help improve the overall appearance of the body, especially when the goal is not simply to reduce size but to create a more balanced and defined shape.

EMS Faradic may be used on areas such as the abdomen, waist, thighs, buttocks and arms, depending on the placement of the pads and your individual goals.

The abdominal area is one of the most popular areas for EMS Faradic because the deeper core muscles can be difficult to engage correctly.

Targeted stimulation may help you become more aware of these muscles and support better engagement over time.

For clients who have recently lost weight or completed fat-reduction treatments, EMS can help provide additional muscle activation while the body continues to settle and refine.

Pregnancy and childbirth can change the way the abdominal muscles feel and function.

EMS Faradic may be considered as part of a post-pregnancy body-support routine once the body has adequately recovered and medical clearance has been received.

It is not a replacement for pelvic-floor therapy, physiotherapy or medical assessment. However, for suitable clients, it may provide gentle, focused muscle activation without weight-bearing exercise.

When the body is losing weight, certain areas may appear softer before they begin to look toned.

EMS Faradic can complement a healthy eating and exercise programme by focusing on specific muscle groups and supporting a firmer-looking appearance.

It does not replace exercise, but it can enhance the work you are already doing.

Body contouring is not only about removing fat.

Muscle tone, posture and support all influence the way the body looks.

EMS Faradic helps bring attention to the muscles beneath the surface so that your overall shape can appear more defined and balanced as your treatment plan progresses.

The repeated contraction and release of the muscles may encourage local circulation and the natural muscle-pump action that helps fluid movement through the body.

This can be particularly useful as part of a wider body-contouring routine, especially when combined with appropriate hydration, movement and other treatments.

EMS does not remove cellulite on its own.

However, improving muscle tone and the overall firmness of the area may help create a smoother-looking appearance when combined with other suitable treatments and a consistent lifestyle.

Cellulite is influenced by skin structure, connective tissue, fat distribution and genetics, so results will differ from person to person.

EMS Faradic is especially valuable when used as part of a complete body-contouring plan.

After fat-reduction treatments, an area may look smaller but still feel soft. EMS can help focus on the muscle tone and support beneath the skin.

It may also complement treatments such as ultrasound cavitation, radio-frequency, laser lipo and FIR Sauna sessions, depending on your individual goals.

Each treatment works differently.

Some focus on localised fat, some on skin appearance, some on warmth and circulation, while EMS focuses on muscle activation.

When the right treatments are combined with consistency, the result can look more balanced and refined.

Sometimes you are not looking for a long-term fitness plan.

You may have a special event, holiday, wedding or outfit coming up and simply want to feel more connected to your body and more confident in the way you look.

EMS Faradic is not an instant weight-loss treatment, but it can be included as part of a preparation routine focused on muscle activation, firmness and body confidence.

For the best opportunity to notice gradual improvement, it is better to begin your treatment plan ahead of the event rather than waiting until the last minute.

EMS Faradic is not designed to create a dramatic transformation in one session.

One treatment can help you feel the muscles working, but repeated sessions give the body a more consistent opportunity to practise activation.

The difference is built over time.

When you keep skipping sessions, you lose momentum and delay the progress you are trying to achieve. The body cannot build a consistent response from occasional, random treatment.

A regular plan helps you stay focused on the area you want to improve and allows changes to develop gradually.

With consistency, some clients begin to notice that certain areas feel firmer, more responsive and better supported.

The change may start subtly.

Then your clothing may sit differently. Your posture may feel more supported. You may become more aware of the muscles you are using.

That is when the treatment begins to feel worthwhile.

A typical session lasts approximately 20 to 30 minutes, depending on the treatment area and the number of pads being used.

The pads are positioned over the selected muscles and the intensity is gradually adjusted. You remain comfortably lying down while the muscles contract and release in a controlled rhythm.

There is no need to lift weights, put pressure on your joints or perform repetitive movements.

There is also no downtime, so you can continue with your day after the treatment.

Some clients may experience mild muscle tiredness or soreness afterwards, especially when the muscles have not been activated in this way for some time.

EMS Faradic is designed to complement exercise—not replace it.

It can help activate selected muscles, but it does not provide all the benefits of walking, strength training, cardiovascular exercise or a balanced lifestyle.

Think of it as additional support.

It helps give certain muscles focused attention while you continue doing the things that support your overall health and body goals.

EMS Faradic may not be suitable if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other active electronic implant.

It should not be used during pregnancy or while actively trying to conceive. Treatment should also be postponed during the early post-pregnancy recovery period and after recent abdominal or gynaecological surgery unless your healthcare provider has cleared you.

Please inform us if you have epilepsy, active cancer in the treatment area, broken or damaged skin, an active infection, recent trauma, unexplained severe pain or any serious medical condition.

If you are recovering from an injury or illness, EMS used in a salon is not a substitute for medical rehabilitation. A physiotherapist or doctor should guide treatment for rehabilitation purposes.

Your safety comes first, and your medical history should always be discussed before treatment.

It is about enhancing it.

EMS Faradic helps give your muscles the extra activation they may need to respond, engage and support your shape more effectively.

It is a focused, controlled treatment for clients who want more than simply reducing size.

They want to feel firmer.

They want their body to feel more supported.

They want their shape to look more defined.

And they want a treatment that fits into their routine without pain, heavy exercise or recovery time.

Book your EMS Faradic session and give your muscles the attention they may be missing.

Because once you feel what it is like to have those muscles properly switched on, you may wonder why you waited so long to activate them.

Up to 20 pads can be placed any place on your body
